There is always a question asked of is colon cleansing safe or not?  It’s a complicated question.  The answer is yes and no.  Obviously, if you are allergic to the ingredients, no colon cleansing is not safe.  Generally speaking to avoid allergies, your best bet is to actually use a colon cleansing diet that you can monitor and adjust according to your allergies among other things. 

But realistically, there are plenty of bad colon cleansers out there, which would in theory make it unsafe.  If you are starving yourself that is not safe.  If they use diuretics galore, that is not safe.  Diuretics come with plenty of problems to say the least.  Some also have other ingredients that can even reverse the positive effects of an ideal colon cleanse. 

So it’s a dangerous world in terms of finding the right colon cleanser.  You can defeat this basically by knowing what ingredients to look for among other things.  But unless you know what you’re looking for, you are taking some degree of risk unfortunately speaking.  Most are harmless.  But there are quite a few that don’t regard the customer’s needs at all.  This is true of any industry in general.
