One of the best ways to deal with a UTI sometimes, or one of the best natural ways rather, is to use cranberry juice.  Now you can’t count the cranberry cocktails as this.  If you have too much sugar and not 100% juice with this, you will actually just make it worse.  But frankly, millions of people suffer from a UTI every year.  And so it’s best to know what you are doing in general terms. 

Cranberries tend to have a sort of diuretic effect in general, and they are filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants meant to kill off bacteria and free radicals.  Basically, they have all the makings of a descent cleansing ingredient, and that is partly why they are able to push out the bacteria associated with a UTI.  It is unlike many other fruits in some ways, and it’s really good to keep this in mind. 

It is also extremely important to remember the part about actually getting 100% juice.  Even if it’s 90% juice, that is not enough.  That means it has plenty of sugars, preservatives, and other things that will only actively make your problems worse and cause your UTI to get distinctively worse rather than better.  But if used in a good cleanse, again you would be far better off to actually use the real juice rather than the sugar laden alternatives.
