If you like watching late night infomercials, 7 Day Colon Flush might be one that has appealed to you. It is also known as the Almighty Cleanse, and they make a lot of broad claims, almost pulling a Tom Cruise and jumping onto random couches and chairs. They claim that it will basically teach your colon how to work again and give you the energy and capabilities you once had, a long time ago of course.

The problem is that the 7 Day Colon Flush isn’t even confident enough to reveal their real ingredients for a reason. Somebody has to do it for them. They don’t even use more than a few select cleansers, fibers, anything. Most of their ingredients are fillers, nothing more, nothing less. That’s saying something considering a colon cleanse is literally the cheapest thing you could possibly make.
